Create an Account and Open the User Dashboard
Start by opening the VPNJX account creation page. No email address is required; enter a username and password to continue. Use a username that is easy to recognize without confusing it with names used for other services. Store the password separately and avoid reusing it elsewhere. After entering the details, check twice that both passwords match, then submit the account information.
After the account is created, the page opens the user dashboard. This is the central entry point for plans, subscriptions, clients, and support tickets. First confirm that the page shows the account you just created, then save the login details in a trusted password manager. Because account creation does not rely on an email address, forgotten login details cannot be recovered by email, so saving the username and password is the most important final step.
If the page stays where it is after submission, check the message near the input fields. Common causes include an invalid username format, mismatched passwords, or a temporary network interruption. Correct the issue as instructed and submit again; there is no need to refresh repeatedly. If you still cannot continue, visit the Help Center for troubleshooting under account and subscription topics.
PLAN
Choose a Plan and Place the Order
After opening the user dashboard, go to the Plans section. VPNJX offers monthly subscriptions and data plans: monthly subscriptions suit ongoing use, with data resetting each month from the activation date; data plans suit less predictable usage, remain available until the data is used, and never expire. Choose the billing model based on your usage cycle, then compare the data included with each tier rather than focusing only on the most prominent price.
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data plans include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices. For everyday browsing and light use on fixed devices, a smaller data allowance may be enough. If you share across multiple devices or frequently use streaming, AI Tools, and large file transfers, choose based on your actual data needs.
Once you have chosen a plan, click its Start Using button. The order page lists the plan name, data allowance, and amount due; review them again before payment. VPNJX supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, so select an available method and complete the payment. After the payment status updates, return to the user dashboard and do not create the same order again. If the status has not changed yet, reopen the Orders section later to check.
When you upgrade a monthly subscription midway through its term, the price difference is converted into remaining days. You do not need to choose the highest tier upfront just to leave room for future use. SUBSCRIPTION
Retrieve Your Subscription Link from the User Dashboard
After the payment status is confirmed, return to the account overview in the user dashboard. The page shows the current subscription status, plan allowance, and available actions. Find the section for retrieving a subscription or importing it into a client, then copy the subscription for your platform. This link is a system-generated configuration address that clients use to read available routes and connection parameters, so copy it in full.
Use the copy button provided on the page instead of selecting part of the link manually, and do not delete any characters at the end. If the guide needs to show what a link looks like, treat https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN as the format only; it is an obvious placeholder and cannot be used to connect. A real subscription appears only in the user dashboard after login; this page does not provide a static subscription address.
A subscription link acts as a credential for reading the current account configuration, so do not paste it into public pages, chat groups, or screenshots. After importing it into a client, there is no need to keep it in the clipboard. If it was accidentally shared publicly, check the user dashboard for an option to reset the subscription. If you are unsure what to do, describe the situation in a support ticket so the support team can help update it.
If no usable subscription appears in the overview, first confirm that the order is complete and the plan is active, then refresh the user dashboard. Do not search for so-called generic subscriptions in search results or on pages outside VPNJX; those addresses are unrelated to the current account. If the order is normal but the entry is still missing, submit an issue in the Support Tickets area and include the status shown on the order page.
CLIENT
Import into Clients on Each Platform
Once you have the subscription link, open the client download section in the user dashboard. Installation entry points and subscription import instructions are provided there; VPNJX’s marketing pages do not offer direct links to static installation packages. Select your operating system, obtain the appropriate client through the dashboard instructions, and complete the installation before returning to the platform section below. On first launch, the system may request permission for a network extension, VPN configuration, or background connection. These permissions are used to establish the local connection, so confirm them in the official dialog shown by the operating system.
Import into the Windows Client
Open the Windows client obtained from the user dashboard and look in the main interface or configuration manager for an option such as Add Subscription or Import from URL. Paste the complete subscription link you copied earlier, save it, and update the subscription. Once the update is complete, the client should show a route list organized by region or route type. Do not change advanced network options yet; return to the route page and prepare to connect.
If nothing happens after pasting, check that there are no spaces before or after the address, then confirm that the client has permission to access the system network. When Windows displays a security prompt, verify that the application name matches the client description in the user dashboard before allowing it to run. If the import succeeds but the route list is empty, update the subscription once more instead of repeatedly creating the same configuration.
Import into the macOS Client
Open the download section from the user dashboard and obtain the client for macOS. After installation, the first launch may ask you to allow a network extension or add a VPN configuration. Confirm the permission in System Settings, then return to the client. Open its configuration or subscription page, choose Add from URL, paste the subscription link into the address field, and give the configuration a recognizable name.
Save the configuration and update it, then wait for the route list to load. If macOS says the extension is not enabled, open the relevant permissions page in System Settings, confirm access, and restart the client. When using Apple services, you do not need to change complex routing rules first; keep the client’s default configuration for the initial connection. Import into the Android Client
Select Android in the client download section of the user dashboard and use the provided entry point to obtain the client. After installing and opening it, go to the configuration page and look for a plus button, Add Subscription, or Import from Clipboard. Choose URL import, paste the subscription link, and save it. Once the client finishes reading the link, it will show a route list. On the first connection, it may also display a system VPN connection request; confirm it to establish the tunnel.
Some Android systems restrict background activity. During initial setup, complete the import and connection check first. If the connection later drops when the screen is locked, review the client’s background permissions in the system’s battery management settings. Menu names vary widely between device manufacturers. If you cannot find an option, visit the Help Center under connection and troubleshooting topics rather than trying every advanced setting during import.
Import into the iOS Client
Open the iOS download and import instructions in the user dashboard and obtain the supported client using the method provided there. In the client, open the configuration, subscription, or remote file section, choose Add URL, paste the complete subscription link, and save it. When connecting for the first time, iOS displays a system confirmation dialog to add a VPN configuration. Authorize it with device verification; the connection status will then appear in the status bar and system settings.
If the client supports recognizing subscriptions from the clipboard, return to it after copying the link and confirm the import prompt. If no prompt appears automatically, add the URL manually. After importing, refresh the configuration and confirm that the route names are visible before continuing. Menus vary noticeably between iOS clients; focus on the three core entries—subscription, remote configuration, and connection—rather than trying to reproduce another platform’s interface item by item.
VERIFY
Connect to a Route and Verify It Works
After importing the subscription, update the route list once, then choose a region suited to your current purpose. For stable cross-border access, try an IEPL dedicated route or a relay route first. For content intended for a specific region, choose a route in that region. The route type determines the transmission path, while the region name indicates the exit location; they are not the same thing. On the first connection, focus on confirming that the configuration works rather than switching through many routes.
Click the connect button and wait for the client status to change to Connected. Then open the Network Check page and see whether the current exit information has changed. You can also reopen a webpage that normally requires an international route and confirm that it loads normally. Keep the client in the foreground or allow it to run in the background during verification so the system does not pause the connection.
If the client shows Connected but the network check still reports the previous exit, disconnect and reconnect once, then confirm that no other network proxy or old configuration is running on the system. If no webpages open, switch to another available route and try again. If only one application is inaccessible, the cause may be that app’s cache, regional policy, or client routing rules. Confirm that the browser works first, then troubleshoot the individual app for a clearer diagnosis.
If the subscription list has not updated for a long time, return to the client’s configuration manager and perform a manual update. When an authorization prompt appears, check that the system VPN configuration is still valid.
