VPNJX SUPPORT INDEX

VPN Help & Support and Troubleshooting

Start with your account, subscription and client, then use the connection symptoms to narrow down the issue. For plans, data, payments and refunds, follow the rules shown in the user panel and on this page.

ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION

Account & Subscriptions

Handle registration, subscription access, configuration updates and device changes. Get subscription details from the user panel rather than using publicly shared or unknown configurations.

What do I need to register for VPNJX?

No email address is required. You can register with a username and password. Choose a username that is easy to recognize but distinct from those used on other services, and store your password securely. After registration, the user panel shows your plans, orders, client access and subscription details.

Where can I find my subscription link after purchasing a plan?

Sign in to the user panel and open the Overview or Client section to retrieve your current subscription as instructed. The subscription link imports route configurations into your client and should not be shared publicly. When switching clients, copy the current subscription details from the user panel to avoid using an outdated cache.

How do I update my subscription link?

Find the update or refresh option for the current configuration in your client, then update the subscription. If the route list does not change, copy the subscription link again from the user panel and replace the existing configuration. Do not edit the link manually before updating. Afterward, select a route again so the client loads the latest rules and route list.

Do I need to purchase another plan when I change devices?

You do not need to purchase again just because you changed devices. VPNJX supports unlimited simultaneous devices, so the active subscription linked to one account can be used on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. On a new device, obtain the client and subscription details from the user panel instead of exporting a configuration with an outdated cache from the old device.

Where can I get the client?

Client access is available in the Downloads section of the user panel for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. After signing in, choose the entry for your platform and import the subscription from your account. Marketing pages do not provide static installers or live subscription addresses; use the information shown in the user panel.

CONNECTION & TROUBLESHOOTING

Connections & Troubleshooting

First determine whether the subscription failed to load, the client is not taking control of network traffic, or only a specific app is inaccessible. Troubleshooting based on the symptoms is more effective than repeatedly reinstalling the client.

The client says it is connected, but webpages still will not open. What should I do?

First confirm that the selected route is still in your current subscription list, then check whether the system proxy or tunnel mode is enabled. Switch to another route in the same region and reconnect, then close old pages left open in the browser before trying again. If only a specific site is affected, try a route in another region to rule out regional policies from the target service.

Why does a particular app not use the proxy?

A common cause is that the client is in rule mode and the app's requests do not match a proxy rule. The app may also use a separate network channel. Switch to global mode temporarily to verify the route, then return to rule mode and review split-routing settings. If system permissions have changed, make sure the client's network extension or tunnel permission is still enabled.

What should I do if no routes appear after importing a subscription?

Confirm that you imported the complete subscription link rather than the page content opened in a browser. Then update the subscription in the client and check that the current configuration is enabled. If the list is still empty, delete the empty configuration, copy the subscription again from the user panel and import it again to avoid parsing problems caused by an old link, spaces or truncated content.

What should I do if I cannot reconnect after changing networks?

After the network environment changes, an old connection may remain in the system. Disconnect the client first, confirm that the current network can open ordinary webpages, and select a route again. If the client keeps its old state, quit it completely and reopen it, then check the system proxy, tunnel permission and time settings.

Why can my browser access the internet while other apps cannot?

This usually means the browser is using the system proxy while other apps are not using the same route. Check whether the client has only enabled the system proxy or whether tunnel mode is also required. If an app has its own proxy settings, avoid conflicts with the system settings. Keep one clear connection method enabled and verify split-routing rules one at a time.

ROUTES & PERFORMANCE

Speed & Routes

A region name only indicates the exit location; the route type describes the cross-border path. During peak hours or when one service is affected, start by switching to another route in the same region rather than changing all rules at once.

What should I do when speeds slow down during peak hours?

Pause bandwidth-heavy syncing, downloads or updates, then switch to another route in the same region. If the target service has no regional requirement, compare nearby-region IEPL, relay and direct routes. Do not judge performance by the region name alone: the cross-border path, the target service entry point and local network conditions can all affect the connection.

How should I choose between IEPL, relay and direct routes?

IEPL routes suit situations that require greater stability across international paths. Relay routes use intermediary nodes to improve connections in some network environments. Direct routes take a more straightforward path, but performance depends more on the local network and international link. Choose the target region first, then compare route types within that region instead of relying on one fixed route.

Which route should I switch to if only one website or service is slow?

First check whether the service requires a specific region, then choose a route in that region. If there is no regional restriction, try a nearby region and compare route types. When only one service is affected, there is no need to change the entire system configuration immediately. Switch routes, reconnect and clear any old session data left by that service first.

What should I do if a streaming service says my region is incorrect?

Disconnect from the current route, then choose a route matching the content region and marked as supporting that streaming service. Reopen the streaming app or webpage after connecting so an old session does not retain the previous regional information. Content licensing varies, so rely on what the page shows and whether playback works at that time.

How broad is VPNJX's route coverage?

VPNJX covers 100+ countries / 170+ routes, including IEPL, relay and direct routes. Consider the target service's region, local network conditions and your use case when choosing one. The number of regions does not guarantee the quality of a single connection, so start by comparing nearby routes in actual use.

BILLING & REFUNDS

Billing & Refunds

Monthly subscriptions and data packages use different data rules. Before paying, upgrading or submitting a refund request, verify the plan, order and payment details in the user panel.

What monthly subscription plans are available?

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Base your choice on actual usage for everyday browsing, streaming and file transfers rather than a single use case.

What data packages are available?

Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used up and never expire, making them suitable for irregular use or for anyone who does not want monthly data resets. Monthly subscriptions and data packages use different billing models, so check your expected usage cycle before choosing.

When does monthly subscription data reset?

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date rather than on a common calendar-month schedule. Check your current subscription status and data usage in the user panel. Data packages do not reset monthly; they remain valid until used up and never expire. Keep the two billing models separate.

How is a mid-cycle plan upgrade calculated?

For a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before submitting the change, review the current plan, target plan and displayed result in the user panel, then confirm the operation. After upgrading, update the client subscription so the plan status and route configuration stay in sync.

How do I request a refund?

VPNJX offers 30-day refunds. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, select the relevant order and clearly state that you are requesting a refund. Check the order and payment details before submitting, then follow the progress in the same ticket instead of creating duplicate requests.

Which payment methods are supported?

VPNJX supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before paying, verify the plan name, data allowance and amount due in the user panel. After payment, return to the order page to check the status. If the status has not updated, submit the order details through a user-panel ticket instead of creating the same order again.
