Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and related subscription services provided by VPNJX. By visiting this site, creating an account, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, stop using the relevant services. The Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are companion documents and should be read together with these Terms.

Service Content and Scope

VPNJX provides network acceleration for cross-border access, using international routes to help users connect to international websites and online tools. Coverage includes 100+ countries / 170+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes, platform features, and connection methods actually available are those shown in the user panel at the time.

Subscription services provide the traffic allowance associated with each plan. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly from the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

The service does not include any third-party websites, applications, or online content accessed by users. The features, policies, content, and availability of third-party services are determined by their respective operators. VPNJX does not control or guarantee third-party services.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other activity under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed or unusual account activity occurs, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

While a subscription is active, there is no device limit for simultaneous online use on devices managed and used by the account holder. Users may not sell, rent, or transfer subscription rights; publicly share login credentials or subscription information; or package a personal subscription as another commercial service. The account holder is responsible for losses resulting from voluntarily disclosed credentials, unauthorized sharing, or resale.

Users must use traffic reasonably according to the selected plan. They may not interfere with billing through technical means, obtain benefits repeatedly, evade subscription status checks, or conduct unauthorized probing or operations against the service systems.

Compliant Use Requirements

When using VPNJX, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the location where the service is used, and must independently determine whether specific access activity is lawful. The service may not be used for fraud, infringement of others' rights, distribution of malicious programs, attacks on network systems, unauthorized access to data, or other unlawful activity.

Users may not affect the normal use of routes, servers, or other users by continuously consuming resources, automated abuse, malicious scanning, or other means. VPNJX may take necessary technical measures based on security risks, system load, and unusual usage to maintain service operation and protect user interests.

Service Availability and Liability

Cross-border network connections may be affected by carrier links, the user's local network, device settings, third-party platform policies, and regional network conditions. VPNJX maintains and schedules routes, but does not promise that any route, region, or third-party service will always be accessible, or that all device environments will provide the same connection performance.

Some routes or features may be temporarily adjusted for scheduled maintenance, security response, or unexpected failures. Users should confirm connection status before important operations and save necessary materials themselves. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNJX is not liable for indirect losses caused by network interruptions beyond reasonable control, changes to third-party services, user configuration errors, or device failures.

Restrictions and Termination

If a user violates these Terms, threatens service security, interferes with normal operation, resells or shares a subscription without authorization, or uses the service for unlawful activity, VPNJX may, depending on the nature of the issue, restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate the account. To verify unusual usage, the service may ask users to provide necessary explanations through an in-account ticket.

After a subscription expires, traffic is used up, or an account is lawfully terminated, the corresponding connection rights will stop. Account termination does not affect obligations that arose before termination, nor does it affect liability limits, dispute handling, or compliance provisions that by their nature should remain in effect.

Terms Updates and Refund Guidance

VPNJX may update these Terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or security management needs. Updates will be published on this site with the latest update date. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Important changes affecting user rights will be communicated through available on-site methods.

A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. For the applicable scope, request process, and handling rules, please see the Refund Policy.
