Scope and Processing Principles

This policy applies to VPNJX marketing pages, the user panel, subscription services and ticket features. Data is processed according to clear purposes, proportional scope and controlled access. Different features require different data; unused features do not automatically obtain additional account details when you browse ordinary pages.

No email address is required during registration. A username and password are enough to create an account, so an email address is optional. Users should keep their account credentials secure. To verify identity, the system processes secure validation results for the username and password, as well as login status, but does not publicly display this information.

Data Collected and Its Use

Account data is used to create accounts, verify login status, restore normal access and respond to tickets. Order records include the selected subscription, order amount, payment method, transaction status and necessary order identifiers. They are used to activate services, confirm payments, process refunds and resolve billing disputes.

The website may process access data such as page paths, referring pages, browser type, operating system, request time and network address. This information is used to aggregate traffic statistics, identify page errors, maintain service security and improve navigation. Basic statistics generated by visiting the official website do not represent records of content accessed through international routes.

To diagnose connection failures, limit abuse or maintain system security, the service may temporarily process necessary operational data such as connection time, route identifier, error type and traffic measurements. This data is used only for troubleshooting, billing and security operations, not as a long-term browsing record. Once the relevant purpose is complete and the data is no longer needed, it will be deleted or de-identified.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, session credentials, language preferences, interface settings and necessary security status. These mechanisms maintain account sessions, reduce repeated setup and correctly open pages selected by users. They are not used to read other files on a device.

Users can clear related data through their browser settings. After clearing it, login status and preferences may expire, requiring users to log in again or reselect their options. If the browser blocks necessary storage, authentication, order operations or subscription delivery in the user panel may not work properly.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Services

VPNJX supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Payments are completed by the relevant payment service or transaction processor, whose data handling is governed by its own rules. VPNJX receives the payment result, amount, method and transaction identifier needed to complete an order, but does not directly process payment account passwords or other authentication credentials.

Required data is shared with service providers responsible for related functions only when delivering services, processing orders, troubleshooting or meeting necessary obligations. Third parties should process information only within the scope of their assigned functions. After leaving this site for a third-party page, users should also review the privacy information provided on that page.

Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates

Account and order data is retained while an account is active and for as long as needed to deliver subscriptions, process refunds or resolve disputes. Operational data is retained for troubleshooting, security or billing purposes; after those purposes end, it will be deleted, aggregated or de-identified. Data that must be retained for financial records, risk management or applicable rules will have restricted access and will be handled after the reason for retention no longer applies.

Users can review available account data in the user panel and request correction or deletion through tickets. A request may first require verification of account control. After account data is deleted, some account-related features will no longer be available. Data required by law or necessary to resolve an unfinished order may be temporarily retained to the extent necessary.

If this policy changes, the updated text will be published on this page and the last-updated date at the top will be revised. If a change materially affects the scope of data processing, VPNJX will provide notice in an appropriate location on the site.
