Service Model
VPNJX is designed for users who access international websites, use overseas work tools, watch streaming content, or connect multiple devices. The service focuses on cross-border connection quality, with a route directory covering 100+ countries and 170+ routes, plus support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Users can choose a monthly subscription or a permanent, non-expiring data plan that remains available until the data is used.
Operating Principles
Route selection prioritizes connection type, destination region, and actual use. IEPL dedicated routes suit tasks that require stable connections; transit routes balance coverage and connection quality; direct routes provide more direct access to specific regions. VPNJX does not equate a region name with route quality, but uses clear route categories to help users make informed choices. If connection issues occur, check the client status, switch to another route in the same region, and refresh the subscription in that order. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel.
Plan details, payment methods, and refund terms are kept clear: Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported; monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; simultaneous devices are unlimited; and 30-day no-questions-asked refunds are available.
Privacy Position
VPNJX follows a no-logs policy and does not record the websites users access. Information required to operate the service is handled according to data minimization principles and used only for account identification, subscription delivery, order processing, connection maintenance, and ticket support. No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. Payment records are processed as required by the selected payment channel and are not used for purposes unrelated to the subscription service.
